Weekly Emails

• Join our Email lists to receive the weekly golf email (once you are on the list you are good for the season)

• Receive the email - normally sent out by Tuesday prior to the event.
  Email will include:
  • Event Information (where, when)
  • Signup Link and Instructions including deadline to signup
  • 19th Hole Information (if available at time of email)

Arriving at the Course

• Plan to arrive at the course 20-30 minutes prior to 1st tee time
• Pay Green Fees
• Check in with Course Captain who will provide the following:
  • Tee Time and Golf Partners (introductions)
  • Game of the Week (only members may participate)
  • 19th Hole Details
  • Chip in Pot $2 (optional)
• Prepare to Golf
  • Determine cart partners for your golf group
  • Load Up and get settled
  • Practice time permitting
  • Socialize!
• Be at Tee Box Ready to play at your designated Tee Time

Sign Up to Play

• Follow instructions in email

• Use Signup Genius to sign up (you can either register or sign in as a guest) indicating the following:
  • riding/walking
  • If you are only playing 9 (we assume 18)
  • If you plan to go to the 19th hole (you can change your mind)

• If you signed up and your plans change (delete your signup entry - preferred), or contact playgolf to remove you from the event
